Assessment Payment Options

Payments Options: You may pay online or mail a check as follows:

Note, there is a fee for online payments ($3.95 for ACH, $7.95 for Debit Card and 3.8%+ for Credit Cards. You will need to enter the amount to pay, the website does not host our accounting.

If you have not signed up with ZEGO before, go to the website, choose “create an account”, choose "homeowner" and "create your account". Search for the property - enter "Sand Castles West Community Association" and choose "this is my property". Enter your information to complete the process. If it indicates you need a confirmation code, go back and be sure to choose "homeowner".

Send check payments: Mail directly or use your bank's billpay- your account number is your unit number. If you are writing a check, please be sure your unit number is noted on the check. Remember that ALL units start with a letter – make sure you put the “A”, “B”, “G” or “T” in front of the unit number.
